I'm Not F%ckin' around with This Hash Thing Anymore

fdd, Have you thought of making a tiered system where the bags are suspended above one another? This should allow you to quit jacking with all the buckets. Set up your largest micron screened bag at the top, and the water drains down through the next size bag, eventually filtering into one...

I have to germinate outdoors? any suggestions?

I had seeds sprout during the last week that were planted directly in the soil. They were 5 separate types of Nirvana "indoor" varieties (Black Jack, Bubblelicious, Raspberry Cough, Urban Poison, and White Widow). The only problem I see for you getting started, is not knowing how long your...

    too much sun

I live in the blazing hot South, I have had plants in containers that I believe were more susceptible to the heat than the light. I have noticed that my plants have more vigorous growth, and darker/lusher green growth when they are not exposed to direct light all day long. I think the chlorophyl...

Uncle Ben's Topping Technique to Get 2 or 4 Main Colas

Turns out this damage was caused by leafminers, the recommended course of action was to remove the damaged leaves. I now have no leaves at the 1st node, and 1-1/2 blades on each leaf at the second node. The remaining leaf material appears to be healthy. I would like to still try for 4 colas, but...

Uncle Ben's Topping Technique to Get 2 or 4 Main Colas

This may not be slug damage, just guessing because of the trail-like damage displayed... First pic shows one of first set damage, other leaf is worse off, second shows damage to one of the three blade leafs, the other is similar, third shows healthy leaves above

Uncle Ben's Topping Technique to Get 2 or 4 Main Colas

I'm trying to achieve the 4 cola result... I'm asking if the plant gets topped, if the remaining damaged leaves and healthy root system are capable of sending out the 4 main leads. I guess I don't know how dependent the plant is on the leaves in this case, or if the root system will power the...

Uncle Ben's Topping Technique to Get 2 or 4 Main Colas

I have a plant that that is at the 5th node, the first set of true leaves are basically wasted due to a wandering slug, there is also some damage to the second set of leaves. What is your recommendation for this plant?

WTF is my plant doing?? (Pics)

Interesting. I thought about trimming plants down to one or two blades per leaf, after they reached a certain size, to disguise them in the back yard. I'm sure it would hurt the overall size and yield of the plant, but I'm not trying to grow monsters. It wouldn't have the characteristic 5/7/9...

HELP- to block away of my #1 skunk smell at night

Try some dog and cat repellent sprayed around the plants, that is some pretty strong smelling stuff. If the neighbors ask, tell them a stray cat/opossum/raccoon has been coming into the yard.

    When does 12/12 start outdoors?

Check a sunrise/sunset calendar for your location. That should give you a pretty good idea. I would expect to see flowering a few weeks ahead of 12/12. You can also force the plant to show it's sex by controlling the lighting indoors. Once the sex is determined, you can reintroduce it to outdoor...
