Interesting. I thought about trimming plants down to one or two blades per leaf, after they reached a certain size, to disguise them in the back yard. I'm sure it would hurt the overall size and yield of the plant, but I'm not trying to grow monsters. It wouldn't have the characteristic 5/7/9...

Try some dog and cat repellent sprayed around the plants, that is some pretty strong smelling stuff. If the neighbors ask, tell them a stray cat/opossum/raccoon has been coming into the yard.
