If im flushing with plain water 0ppm do i have to fix the ph

Ppm is at 840 and i keep the ph at 5.8....... Room temps are around 75 lights on and get around 65 lights off

Fan leaves are developing yellow and rust colored spots, also the tips are folded downward and burned...buds look good but dont seem to be growing.......plants are on a small flood and drain and get watered 4 times lights on and i dont water at night....they are about 18in away from a 1000w...
