i just go by the chart on the AN site, i mix into 4L milk jugs. I lost my schedule in my move so i dont even know right now. if i had to guess, id mix 4ml to a L max for veg.

all the canadian tires have had garden stuff for a while now, they just got the coco coir a couple weeks ago. check it out they probably will

I was using some compost baged shit from rona, but i just switched to coco coir and 1/3 perlite.
canadian tire has coco coir for liek 6 bucks for a huge brick.
