So I am having a proble with my suckers and candies not hardening all the way. I make sure it reaches hard crack stage. Anyone have a recipe that they know works??

So I have been reading up on canabis wine. So far the only resipes i can find are very short and not very informational. Like one says to use 2 yeast cakes. I cant seem to find a damn yeast cake anywhere... and how much exactly is a cake??
Any help???
