Leds put out a huge amount of PAR light so the optimum distance from the tops is usually 18" or more. This also depends on if u have a newer more powerful LED.
Lets see pics of a 2-3 zip plant with cfls lol. the problem with cfl is the buds get no density people can argue whatever they want but if u have seen successful grows but no final weight then there is a reason for that.
U can smoke nanner weed but i wouldn't recommend it unless u have absolutely nothing to smoke. Its gonna b hella harsh and crackle and pop a lot. I would recommend to wait a lil longer and hash it. Hermies r caused by any stress or unstable genetics.

Feed only water till they start to get pale and look hungry u ll know. Also wait to transplant up into a 2gallon next time. if ur solo cup seedlings aren't needing water everyday or twice a day their root system isn't developed enough to b in a big container like a 2 gal. also always use perlite...
I would suggest checking out the xml series light at advanced led i have the 350 and it is a beast. i also have the diamond series but the xml is so much better
Some strains will throw naners at u but the plant not finishing and starting again from my experience is either there is a light leak, or stress from nutes or punk ass bugs..
I would suggest next time u start seeds put them in little seedling containers starting in gallons can cause some serious problems with root rot and bugs. Always start in small containers and transplant up
