yep with a hugh stavia plant, maybe one you have had indoors under some MH light and repotted a few times over the winter, so you have a hugh Veg....

look good and a single 5000K bulb in the mix don't hurt anything tho bulb`s is`t that expensive, and even T5 do get old over time, they loose...

well with a bit of calculation, I found that 400 gallon is equal to 1,500 liters !!!! and 1500 liter is equal to 1,5 cubib meter, my best guess...
