I didn't read over the abrogate fully but from what I have seen I do think think it stands a chance at passing. The state wants control and lots of money from taxes and this gives them neither. I would much rather have this over the others though.

Yea and I feel like that is going against what this was all supposed to help. Alot of my patients have little or no extra money to spend on meds, but they need them and I really felt good about helping them out, now this law just boned anybody who was trying to do things the right way.

In all honesty I may have to drop one of my patients to find a high demand patient to unload my meds on. I do t smoke very often, so its hard for me to "socialize" with other peeps. I give most of my patients free meds when they sign up with me, and alot of them that lasts until its time for me...

Yea if you can find anybody to buy the stuff.... what about caregiver to caregiver transactions? My other cg friends run out sometimes and then I give them some of my meds, are patients that rely on caregivers that may run out for their meds just screwed?
