Cut branch dip in rooting powder or gel. Place branch in medium of choice(root plugs, rockwool) .then put in plastic dome mist plants. Cover with dome and wait. I actually use a are cloner now and all I do it cut the ranch and put it in the system.

I would just flower it. It seem like it won't do much better if ur others are ok. Or just toss it if u dnt have space. I use to want to keep all my strains but realized some just suck. No point spreading bad genetics

It takes a few days to a week for nutes to kick in so feed and wait. Dnt over do it. Then adjust to what you see fit. Good luck
