Found this bug Is it a good bug that eats mites or or does it hurt the plant???

Thanks everybody as you can tell I'm new at growing. I was worried now I feel better .

It is soft and when i roll it around in my fingers it is mushy and green like a little leaf.

Are these hermie seeds? Plants been under 12-12 light for 6 1/2 weeks. I hate to lose them now. They have nice big buds I don't think they have long to go. They are northner lights -- bubble gum -- afagan kuss -- new moon. Here are some pics. :dunce:
