I will be a designated grower for just 1 patient come October. I've done a ton of reading into the subject but am having a hard time figuring out the process for transferring excess flower to dispensaries to sell. Does anyone have experience here?

You just germinating right in the pellets? Make sure your pellets are moist but not sopping wet. I usually germ in paper towels, that has been the most successful for me personally.

What size is your pot? And just one plant in there? Either way it looks good and I don't think you should be concerned about the pot size. You do much research on pruning? I think now would be the time.

How tall is your tent? LxWxH=cu ft of space. You generally want your cfm* pullin 3 times the amount of your cu ft. I've got 2 exhaust fans pulling hot air out of 192cu ft. And can still get a little warm if I don't monitor closely.
