I really do not need another habit...although not terrible I have a tricky opiate habit I've been trying to shake

I've only been.taking one a day instead of the intended 3 but man that one I take definately helps...activities I used to.hate doin at work I've found myself enjoying..I also have a cousin whose been offering me 3 a piece for em but I won't get ridda them..but don't know what to do with em all...

Just got prescribed these for my anxiety....are.they worth taking and may help? Or is it not worth the chance of becoming addicted to? Next month the doctor plans to.up my dosage to the .50s
