lol 13 feet for most bud ... depends on your strain , how well youve managed to take care of it ... how big your medium is matters alot ... and if you used fertz or nuts. Lighting matters just for the Growth ... It all depends WHATS YOUR STRAIN ?

If your plants tips our curling it usually is your over watering your plants ... i would wait and water them until your soil is dry for 1 whole day to 2 whole days . Doing this will make your plant search for water growing the roots better . Then Water ur plants Good Luck Growing...

i would wait till they sprout atleast 3 - 4 inches or 3 nodes ... then i would put them under 300 w to 400 watt white bulbs. and 30 inches from the tip of the plant to hang them. i would also suggest hanging ur lights on a chain where u can lower them and raise them as growth continues then...
