OK here's the update, turns out I did have mildew...thanks Nat Moon. Anyways I didn't think I had mildew either but turns out I did...looks identical to your plants, I did what Nat said with the bicarbonate, and cream milk and I bought a sulfur burner/evaporator (thanks caligrown)that they use...
