I play around with when I flip. Last time I filled the screen 100% before flipping and got a much better yield.

Hey graab, yeah with that line up you should see excellent results, specially in a waterfarm. About your ppm levels; when you start to use the humic acid and the sweetener you should adjust your main 3 parts accordingly. I just put a ml or two less so that it compensates for the rest of the additives, although not much though, the humic acid will only raise your ppm by 20-50ppm and the sweetener the same if not less so once you get to 800ppm in total you shouldn't really worry about having to adjust your base solution, at that point 800ppm is pretty much the same as 850ppm. It's only during the first weeks you should adjust your base. What day are you by now? Got a journal going?

Well, I use their complete line but the one's I really recommend is Diamond Nectar for vegging and Flora Nectar for when flowering. You won't go wrong with GH products just don't follow their schedule; for some reason they go HARD with the nutrients and I have found that in the majority of my grows I don't even go a 3rd of the way to their recommended strength. You can use their feeding chart as a guide but I'd say always go half way or 3/4 of what they recommend. Hope it helps mate.
