Hey, I know your Medical post is a bit old. But I saw your in Oregon and was wondering if your still trying to find a compassionate Doctor? He is in Portland if thats near you and it does cost for the visit/exam (~$30-$40) any xrays needed (~$30 or $40 at the clinic he refers you to - or free if you have insurance) and if your a candidate (which from your post it sounds like you are) it's around $100 for his fee and the $100 to DHS. Not free, but he runs a cash clinic for people without insurance so he tries to be reasonable.
