Faxes from your family Dr. and you have to see a specialist to confirm diagnosis if you haven't seen one in the last 10 years.

Cost for initial assesment with my medical records is $50.oo My skype appt. will cost me another $400.oo or so. Every year after is additional $250.oo

Takes about 6 to 8 weeks for Skype appt. after they review everything.
