You need a carbon filter, a cooled hood, and one good fan minimal. Maybe you don't need a carbon filter i don't know if smell is an issue with you. If you can only afford one good fan, get a 6", and for now, go (inside the tent) filter, fan, hood, out. Use the 8" duct fans for active intake...

You can use those duct fans for active intake. You need 2 good blower fans. I'd do one 6" for the lights and one 6" with a carbon filter for the room with a speed controller on the rooms fan, set on about medium. Then use the 2 duct fans for the intake.

Imo that's going to be to much but a 400 with a cooled hood and good air exchange for both the cab and light is definitely doable.
