Thanks guys, I figured the same techniques would work but I needed the reassurance. I am by no means an expert but do enjoy learning as much as I can.

What options do I have to keep plants shorter outdoors? I am an organic indoor farmer so I have zero experience outdoors. Are you able to do any type of lst or scrog outdoors or just a waste of time?

I think I was looking at a number of things, they got too dry then nute treated then transplanted with probable overwatering then second dose of nutes from the new soil and the fan fell and broke one of the bulbs! Needless to say they been through there fair share of stress, but all is well so...

Depends, for a small grow my money is on CFL, on large grow I would probably vote hid! I'm still getting blown away each day with what a few cfls will do.

Go with the 2700k, I've seen one bulb grows and they always have the big veg bulb, seems to work alright! I have no experience my self just going by what I've seen.

Well guys, not looking good right now! the bottom leaves are starting to yellow on a couple of them probably from the nutes but i will have some pics up by tonight! In the mean time does anyone know of a link to a good vid on flushing I could check out? Or would it be a bad idea to flush?

Nope, Don't put anything directly on the plant and have only nuted once (small dose). Also I only use distilled water!
