The reason I ask those questions, is because if you haven't been trying to fix your problem with a variety of different treatment methods, you will not be given a MMJ certification. "which is pain that has not responded to ordinary medical or surgical measures" This is the most important park of the diagnoses.

"The following chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition or its treatment that produces intractable pain, which is pain that has not responded to ordinary medical or surgical measures for more than 6 months: Chronic Lumbar."

This is what I qualified for, you would fall under the same diagnoses, but obviously not Chronic Lumbar.

RED: From what you have explained, you suffer a chronic medical condition. --------CHECK
BLUE: Have you tried a wide variety of treatments? (physical therapy, prescription medication, ect...)
GREEN: Do you have more than 6 months worth of documentation of these treatments?

As long as you can check off the blue and the green statements, you would then qualify for medical marijuana.

Let me try and put this as simply as I can.

When you make an appointment with him, obtaining your MMJ is the ONLY thing they do. You dont have to ask, you dont have to be afraid of them being like "what the hell is this kid doing here asking me for marijuana." You go in, fill out the forms, theres some about your general information, your medical history, some other questions, then there is a whole page pretty much dedicated to JUST marijuana. First question asks "do you use marijuana", or somethign close to that nature. Second one says "if you answered Yes on question 1, please fill out the next 10 questions."

It asks you how much you smoke, what delivery systems do you use, whats the quality of marijuana, strain names? ect...

Hey future thanks bro you are the shiznit lol . Great info on the mob yea she sure cranks right along , flys right by all my other strains which include real blueberry happycamper and bubblegum haze. The real good thing about the mob is like you had said it dosent really strectch so I can just keep letting it fly by all my other stuff in the same flowering area ya know. Im really glad to have this strain cause it dosent seem like any seed co has any up for sale. the biggest issue with trying to obtain your certification, is your medical history. As long as you have medical documentation, you should be all set.

your going to a marijuana clinic, that's what they are there for, it's quite a lot easier than you would have thought.

Hey future thanks for your reply Finally someone knows what the strain is and yes definately some of the best most flavorful happy feeling bud. I finally got to try some of mine and it was kickass the flavor just lingers ever so pleasantly in your mouth. It took me two months to talk my buddy to hook me up w a clone and I think she loved my feeding scedule and nutes as she looked 5 times better than the other 20 he was growing. We are really good friends however we have totally different grow tecniques. Hey one more question. Is this strain a lowrider ? sure buds real fast let me know ok
