if high temps are gonna be the norm in your set up, then focus your energy on keeping the air moving. think about it. some of the best smoke in the world is grown in places where temps over 80* is normal : jamaica, thailand, malawi, hawaii, just to name a few. the one thing that these places have in common is their goegraphic relationship to water. ie: there is always a breeze. you can also use a 3-5 head pond mister to help lower tems. (humidity will also increase, but as long as you keep it under 60% you should be ok) with high temps and good air movement you'll still be able to grow some decent bud, maybe just not as much or very compact. good luck
