So i was looking in my soil today in all 3 of my plants have these very tiny whitish/tan looking bugs crawling around in the soil and even one or two on my hand..not good. Any ideas on what it could be or what to do?

I put 2 tbsp's of Grandma's Molasses in 2 liters of water and feed mine everyday with this but just in flowering. Does this sound about right or should i add more or back off any?

I just bought some ferti-lome Tomato and Vegetable Food with the npk 7-22-8 and my plant has been flowering for 47 days so almost 7 weeks now and looks mainly sativa. Also i am not using any other form of nutes except im using mollases every day. Is it too late to add these nutes in?

alright thanks for the input but im pretty sure the nutes were burning her a little and so they were already dying at the tips like a nasty brown/grey color so thats why i flushed
