your really really really far away from getting any adverse affects from the co2. its only a prob when run at 100% for more than a couple of days. since you dont have a tank and are not sealing off the room, this is impossible to acheive. i would only use the co2 at night tho, itll be a lot more...

yeah but thats if you want it. i dont care about the smell, but i am legal. you dont need a inline fan to cool down leds. i use 5 pc fans for air flow

i would go for a pro grow 260, or wait till you have a little more cash and buy a advanced extreme flower 200watt led. dont get the hps unless your willing to get the inline fan aswell. but for 400 bucks that is a deff possibility also. hope this helps
