deep water culture

Thoughts anyone hear of it or use it?

i going to be doing it in a closet 2x2x5 with t5 on the side could i get decent success with the 150 hps? should i just get 250 hps cant for sure handle 400 hps heat

the lumens are about the same and the cfl is a lot cheaper would you guys suggest the cfl or hps?

why would i do a auto over feminized, is auto better for this low light

i can only afford to get one light and if i purchase that one wouldn't i have stretched plants during veg also i heard 150watt hps is not even worth it?

its seems like more of a hassle because of the drainage(runoff)...i rather change the water once a week, i also do not want to hand water the plant every couple of days. DWC just seems the more legit way!

trying to to avoid that also im going to get get ph meter/ppm meter and will be constantly checking it
