i would remove junk from the bottom, foliar with some seaweed extract for micro nutrients and stress (foliar rhizotonic maybe, not root feed) and give them some half-strength nitrogen! the container also seems a bit small, but it's too late to transplant!

creatine is found in red meat. red meat is not good for compost. from this, i conclude it will not work. that's hardly scientific. lol but hey, try it out and lets see! experiments are fun.

5ml per gallon for me. i use it once every 2 weeks. i change the res every 2 weeks. some plants will want more or less, you'll have to start out with maybe 5ml per gallon and then move up from there if needed.

hey, i can't remember if you said already in your earlier posts, but do your plants smell skunky? mine are giving off a pretty skunk/coffee smell late in veg to early in flower. don't forget a smoke report! alot of people do....lol

add a bit of humidity, better nutes...or fresh nutes, and way more oxygen to the roots and i bet they'll perk right up.
