In theory you could vent to an open space that is even more well ventilated. Say running an inline light/fan setup into an attic where you have another fan disperse the heat quickly. Again, the police are not going to be able to use thermal imaging to reliably detect a small grow setup...

I would ask your probation officer if you are clean. The only thing she can do is say no and test you. She might just say yes and then it is all good, no waiting for the judge.
