Those sound like pretty high PPM's. I try not to go over 900-1000. I find that PH really starts to fluctuate at that level, and don't really see any added growth. My 2cents

Rockwool sucks in DWC. It stays too wet, especially if you submerge it in water. It's like a sponge. Use hydroton, or just some rocks. In my experience, I ended up getting nute lockout because it was always wet. Severe PK deficiency later in flowering.

You should pull air through the scrubber, through the hood, then vent outside the room. If your getting temps that high 1.5' under the light, an oscillating fan is only going to work for a little bit. Eventually, the whole room is going to be that temp, especially at the end of a 12 hour light...

H202 is key in hydro. Can't use it with Beneficial or anything organic though, must use with chemical nutes or the peroxide will kill the bacteria making that much more of a mess in your res.
