no sir it does not. you would have to have some crazy filtering device on your a/c to get pure oxygen out the other side. i try not to run my central a/c because i dont have zone settings so as not to effect my grow rooms temp. Also i sometimes have a carbon filter scrubbing my room due to smell...
It's true it cost you a few bucks but that info is tried true & tested... Not to mention it also beats surfing through tens of thousands of pages worth of useless data...

I'm really surprised how little this book is being tossed around but i would recommend picking it up. I purchased a copy before i ever touched 1 bulb, timer or clone. It's a must have in your tool box and you better pick up a copy like now trust me...

My buddy has a huge hydrologic RO filter, but he is on a well water, and if you would look at his pre filter, eww junk, mineral, heavy metals, total gross out. Obviously it filters out the impurities in the water but what does it do for our plants.
