I wouldnt say nute burn....Usually nute burn shows signs like the tips and edges of leaves crisping, turning dark and "burnt like"....it looks like you have some nutrient defficiency of some sort... ( not meaning you need a higher dosage, just more of a certaing nutrient)

are you using nutrients now? They look slightly under watered, and you should be using plain water for the first 2-3 weeks of the plants life. then slowy increase the nutes.......

I think you might be spraying too much...... When I have had spider mites I spray once a week.... And what dilution of joy soap are you using? You might be infecting your plants with soap....when I make home made insect soap, I use very little soap....and neem oil should be done every 1 to 2...
