When we do big sailing we carry canvas bags for the purpose. Sometimes you just have to lie ahull, no sails and just get blown downwind. It helps to have to the bags rigged along the weather side. Not much water will come aboard if you got a slick on that side. It really does work.

...one day I wrote that very thing down on a piece of paper, just on a whim "the universe is oil and water". I don't know exactly why I write these things, but somewhere down the line they tend to start making some sense to me. Or at least become a part of speculation and conversation. Odd too that catholics have oil smudged on them at baptism - along with that bath

I can agree that that my posts are mostly conceptual I've gotten over people saying "we don't understand what you're saying". I don't mean that in a mean way, I'm saying that I understand why they don't understand
