So I use general hydroponics gro micro and bloom 0-5-4 2-1-6 5-0-1 so assuming im using one teaspoon per gallon of water, thats 7-6-11. but if i were to be doing 3 teaspoons of gro 2 of micro and 1 of bloom per gallon would that be like giving them 9-17-25? does it stack?

yeah im up in nor cal. I heard of a method where you just cover a branch of each plant for 1-2 weeks and it Supposedly will show you either balls or pistils.. anyone else heard of or tried this? thanks for the response by the way.

Will the first signs show at the newest growth? like at the top of the plant? or will the pollen sacks develope first on the lower, larger sets of indernodes?

oh and you dont need to use distilled water the entire grow, though it IS better for the plant than tap water its way to much money to be buying gallon jugs of everyday. and also you do need to get a little veg nutrient. the plants will show female or male characteristics after about 3-5 weeks...

yeah i use foxfarms soil my buddy works at the hydro store(and grows AMAZING crops) he told me to give them nutrients after 3 weeks, their accustomed to the soil at that point and wont go into shock as long as you introduce the new nutrients gradually.

just go buy some greenhouse material (the mesh cloth kind) its about 27$ a roll but you only need about a 5x5 area covered. provides just enough shade, they grow great under it i use it all summer. but mine is 7 ft high and covers a 6x20 area to cover all my babies.
