Hey Deprave,

You had posted on one of my threads that you could refer me to a doc that didn't require med records, I was wondering if you could possibly give me that info. I tried to pm you,.. but for some reason I am not allowed to PM yet. I do have a copy of my MRI from about 10 years ago, but I would rather not have to use it as it states that as of that time I had no nerve damage, and I don't know if that would effect me getting a card. I'd appreciate your help, and if you need my email addy to give me the doctors info I'd be more than happy to give you that. Or if you can pm me on here that would be great. Thanks alot!

have u heard tht u hav to take a class to be a caregiver....this guy i kno said a couple people got denied to be there own caregiver because they didnt take a course on it....ne truth to tht...he went to dr graves
