I'm more of a techie than a gardener and have been really looking at those growtronix systems. From what I've read from others they can do everything: control CO2, temps, humidity, adjust ph and PPM via drip feeders, even shut off the lights or pumps in case of a critical reading. I know its not ideal, but can I use just a regulator and CO2 calculator to approximate usage, and still be reasonably accurate?

My tent is 10 feet long so I'm thinking of running a cross beam down the middle and nailing the 2x4's to each side of it. If I do this then each 2x4 will be about 5 feet long
