Yeah, after doing a bit more looking into light cycles I bought a 300W UFO full spectrum grow light to put them back into veg. When the sun is being nice I've been putting them outside and bringing them inside under lights before the sun goes down.

Hey here is an update, I decided to re-veg. I reintroduced the plants into a 24 hour light cycle and I've just started to really see some rapid new growth and started increasing the LST, looking good I think. Any tips would be appreciated!
