PM them and tell them to shape up or you're IP banning them. If they don't respond within a few hours of being online (just check to see if their green light is on) report all their posts as spam and put up a thread in Staff.

My take on psychology, meditation and/or psychedelics are usually the only two things that really cure issues that we have. Meditation is very important I feel. It allows us to see the root to our issues, instead of curing symptomology (like pharmaceuticals do).

I have never tried the berries before, so I am not sure yet. I'll get back to you when I find out

I had the choice to pickup some seeds between our favorite five-leaved plant, and the five flavor berries.. I took the berries They have so many benefits it is rediculous! I will try to make a wine from them once I have them grown (100% organically of course).

Here is something I found very interesting, related to ADD. The article is written a little abrasively, so I will quote the necessary portion:

Look into what you eat... does it match up? Do you eat foods high in MSG? Is your local water high in Fluoride?

Entheogens (South American: Yopo, Cebil, Ayahuasca, Psilocybe)
Tea (Has antioxidants & anti-cancer properties)

That is awesome! Is there any cultural focus? (e.g. South American, Asian, etc.) Or are you going with a broad spectrum? Diet is huge. So is psychological well-being (as many sickenesses stem from unhappiness). On a semi-related note, I just ordered some Five Flavor Berry seeds:
