thinking of getting a bull terrier, but have heard they can be destructive if they get board

I moved my one off the poy it was on and its started to grow a bit more normaly now lol, hairs growing out of it and everything.

I still aint worked out what it is yet. Could be the plants way of repairing its self from a bash or burn, bit like with lst bends how they swell up and get gnarley??
