From what I understand that bulb has 30% more blue in it then most HPS.
So yes, I would say it would work fine.

Hey man droppin by the site here, noticed your from cali, how is it out there? I used to live in Palm springs area when I was in high School. All I remember was good skunk buds, christmas tree weed, and northern lights back then!

I think T5 lighting is great for veg. I haven't flowered with them yet. This will be my first time but I know a lot of people do.
