hey...you go see your doc with form ..he has to fill out a small section...honestly once you get that yuor pretty much all set...send in to health department with BCI check and $ $10 if disable $75 if your not they contact you 2 come in for pic ID your allowed 2 caregiver to grow for you...

those are definately not ready...you are better off waiting a week....you will be very happy you did!!!The way I see it...you waited all this time ....another week will do you good...I have 3 budding and dieing to chop them but I know that extra week will do them good
