    Yeah, parents would probably definately back drug testing if they do not have to pay for it. It's a way to find out if their supposed angel is what he/she claims to be.

    Fertilizer maybe? A lot of plants fall over because they are lack nutrients and are weak. I am not sure what type of plant food is ideal for this plant, but you can start by tying the plant to a post.
