the lights i have are about a 8 inch cirle and they are green

how many led watts does it take to grow one plant?? im new to the LED game and fell onto an LED street light, 12watts each color red yellow and green for a total of 36 watts my grow box is 30 inches by 16 inches and im doing an LST grow will this be good enough light?? i also have 1 13 watt 1 55...

yes u can veg with hps, but mh is better for the veg stage...HPS will work for sure though good luck with ur grow

they will grow out of flower and reveg once they are established
