    How much flush?

They'd began to bud earlier, I reverted them to veg for 4 weeks and flipped lights on 11/8. 6 days later, there were new calyxes/hairs. As of today, they are on day 40. I'll begin flushing in another day or two. I may get a cheap flushing agent, most growers I know, use one as well as water.

    How much flush?

I count from the day I see the first pistils/hairs. Jack the Ripper is a 7-8 week flowering period. I flipped them around 11/8, first hairs on 11/14. They'd been overly stressed prior to that and also started flowering due to a hospitalization. When I got back from hospital, they'd started...

    How much flush?

Danke, I didn't think of the color of the light! If my camera worked better, I'd post a pic.

    How much flush?

I've got a good loupe already. I'm looking at them under a 600w hps and 16 blue CFL's. I look and see, maybe between 1 and 5 carmel colored trich'es per leaf. Mostly cloudy but still some clear.

    How much flush?

Yes. A combo of a 600w hps and 16 "day light" CFL's. Why?

    How much flush?

Do I flush daily or do I wait until the soil dries out? My Jack the ripper is on day 38 and her triches are 2% amber and 90% cloudy. The rest of my crop is a week behind. I'm battling powdery mildew and want to keep the humidity down as much as possible. Also, I use Hi-brix in place of molasses...

    trich color questions

Trich's are at their peak when cloudy/milky. As it degrades it turns tan/amber. Amber trich's have a more inca effect due to the higher CBD's and enhanced terpene's.

    Sweet Wreck?

I've been trying to research a strain I had picked up. The tag says Sweet tooth train wreck. When I asked about it more from the grower, I was told it was a sweet wreck; cross of sweet tooth and train wreck! 8) However, getting any kind of flowering time or any other info. on line has seemed...

    Will Isopropyl Alcohol Kill Mold

1:9 ratio Milk and water {1 part milk, 9 parts water}, mix in a tsp. of baking soda and a 1/4 tsp. Dawn dish soap. Spray generously and at least 5 hrs. before lights go out. Rinse this off before you treat again. Won't "kill" mold but will control it for a while {7-14 days}. Clean all equipment...

    Problems with long veg?

Using GH's PH indicator liquid to test and fix ph before feeding and watering. I didn't add perlite to FFOF mix; only when transplanting clones. 3x as much as the container!? I've been flushing 3 Gal pots with only 6 Gals! Does it have to be that much water for flushing?

    Problems with long veg?

A quick nute. run down: Grow, Micro, Bloom, Deuce Deuce, Flavorful, Ginormous, Big Up, S.I., Equilibrium, Prozyme, Hygrozyme, Orca, Honey ES, Hi-Brix, 5-50-17. I'm planning on flushing {again!} and next feed, I'll go back to week 2 of Humboldt's suggested feeding schedule.

    Problems with long veg?

No ph guesses, I do use GH's liquid ph indicator for testing my nute & water ph, before I feed and water. I was told by my hydro shop guy that, uless I'm a botanist and REALLY knowledgeable @ rhizo's, mycho's and the like that a soil ph meter would be useless.

    Problems with long veg?

Been in veg for 2 mo. and want to veg through the Summer. These symptoms started showing up 2 weeks ago. I've flushed with 6.5 ph'd water last week. Using week 4 of Humboldt nutes for 1 mo. before symptoms started. Tried backing off nutes, still no change. Temps are 80 degrees and RH is 47%...

    Wtaering & Hi-brix

How often should I use Hi-Brix ie: every time I water? Should I add Orca to every watering with Hi-Brix? I feed, water, water, feed, etc. every 3 days. I've had my 12 ladies in veg for a month and plan to keep vegging through the Summer. I'm running a 600w HPS cool tube in a 5'x5'x7' tent with...

    Analog timer?

Thanks for the 411. I'll just take the analog back and get the digital; less hassle and more efficient!
