i will be running a 160 watt flourescent light and proabably a fan or two and an ionic breeze. If i am lliving in california and am running an 18-6 approximatly how much will my electric bill go up?

im gorwing in a fairly warm attic. i need to purchase a light, but i dont kno what kind to buy? I'm only trying to grow about 2 or 3 plants, but i dont know how much that would yield in the end? the room is fiarly hotter and dustier than the room that leads into it. do i need something to clean...
