yeaaa the longer you let them cure they better they will taste/smoke. it will be much smoother and burn better. 2 weeks isnt a bad cure time tho. but a month would be really good for it. =) if u have the patience then go 4 it man!
Hay chubby got a problem.I chopped my girls about a week or two dryed them and now curing them.at the end of week 2 I took a sample and it was good very good.my question is what could I expect to get if I let them cure for a month or so? Will it be a even better smoke? Yes they are dry so no mold
