It would be best if you invested in a microscope 30x-50x and take a closer look at the trichomes hairs. Me personally i harvest when my Trichomes mostly milky with a few amber trichome.

In a cool dark place for 15 days, temp around 60-70 degrees humidity around 50, good air flow never blow fan directly plants NEVER! Cure in a air tight glass and remove top daily to release gases and bud sweetens and ripping. Are depends on bad you need to toke!
