I have a really nice bag seed that is about 5 weeks flowering can i chop 1 off and clone on 24hr veg or is plant to far on??

The post office changed my lock on acciden . Ment to change someone elses all good tho its fix andmy. Card was in there and it good for 25 months

its bag seed under cfls i just switched to flower few days ago one plant its whole life looks mutant over wattered kinda but its not looks reall werired also it was soil from out side that one other is organic soil and ues thoes are the 1st leaves after the 2 that die off
