Just use it the same way as regular sensi A&B but dont use cal/mag. It already has cal mag and iron in it

I would stick with a two part base nute.as far as root rot not sure if your in soil or Hydro but if your in hydro keep water temp bellow 70 degrees if posssble .there is alot of nutes for root promotion. I use them the first few weeks of veg and first few weeks of bloom
