My humidity is consistently 34 /40. Would this not effect all plants and leaves rather than a few and newer growth?

Slyone, it may not look it but the lights are more like 20 - 24 inches away bro. The twist in the leaves shows no sign of stress apart from the twist and wrinkles

I spray before the lights come on. algamatic is a vitality stimulant by bio bizz. If it was burning the leaves would they not discolour? Any ideas on the wrinkling? Thanks for the help
