Ive been on veg now for 24 days and plants have grown and are very healthy very leafy but no pistels yet could you please comment

You can, but its not necessary. Just start using the flowering nutes.

using canna veg until pistels develop then canna flores thereafter

I think i would mix up a batch of nutes at 1/4 strength along with 3ml of cal mag (per gal of water). Ph to the proper solution 5.8 hydro or 6.5 soil and give it to them at the next scheduled watering.
