Hey this my first journal but I'm on my third grow, my first grow g13 labs blueberry gum died from just about everything lol I didn't research a thing thinking how hard could it be to grow a plant. The best learning experience I could have gotten, my second grow was same strain and I got like 4 to 3 ounces off 2 plants not bad considering I cut off all fan leaves. Right now I got some g13 blueberry gum 6 weeks in flower and some g13 cheese a week in veg I'm gonna post some pics in like 2 or 3 days.
When does the vegetative stage actually start I know it cant be as soon as the seed pops out the ground... So what I want to know is when is the seedling stage done and the veg stage starts?
I currently have 2 grows under my belt and on my first grow I removed all the shade leaves thinking this will bring more light to the buds but then I hear ppl saying you need shade leaves because they bring energy to the buds. In addition I'm currently in 4 1/2 weeks into flowering on some g13 labs blueberry gum and I removed the shade leaves again and my buds look fine, but am I hurting the growth of buds by doing this I would like to know so that I dont do this on my 3rd grow.
Anyone with experience I would like to know ways of keeping my plant relatively small and what bug sprays I should get because I hear of something called bud worms and it doesnt sound fun.
