I know yea but no matter how many times I log in it wont let me join the chat...Keeps coming up that im logged out but only in the chat area, nowhere else on the site

Hey guys, new to the site and having a problem with the Live Chat. When I click on the "Live Chat" link the chat screen opens up but tells me I have to Log In, when I do so, it refreshes and again tells me I have to Log In. If I leave the chat area I'm still Logged In on the rest of the website...
