Do not think so ,really ,Fonz .... Usually reflow ovens have a max working temp of ~300 °C . And also do have really presice time-temp...

It's not the whites doing that ..... It's the blue dies underneath ,doing that .... ....Samewise as the blue leds in a R/B led panel....
